Shipping Policy

We ship mushroom spore syringes, grow kits, and mycology supplies with care — your research materials deserve to arrive intact and on time.

1. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take an additional day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, including tracking information when available.

2. Shipping methods & carriers

We ship within the United States via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size, destination, and service level selected at checkout). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees:

• Standard: 3–7 business days after shipment
• Expedited: 2–3 business days after shipment (where available)

Actual delivery times vary by destination and carrier conditions beyond our control.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Free or discounted shipping promotions, when offered, apply only during the stated period and to qualifying orders.

4. Order tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to scan your package into their system. Mushrooom is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot redirect packages after they leave our facility. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipment fee.

6. Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages). Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you on a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Shipping restrictions

Some states or localities restrict the shipment of certain spore products. You are responsible for knowing the laws in your area. Mushrooom reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot legally ship to your destination and will issue a full refund.

8. International shipping

At this time, Mushrooom ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
