Returns & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our spore syringes and grow kits. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — within the guidelines below.
1. Our commitment
Every spore syringe is prepared under controlled conditions and checked before it leaves our facility. Grow kits are packed fresh. If you receive a product that is defective, contaminated, or not as described, contact us — we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
2. Eligibility for returns & refunds
Spore syringes: Due to the sensitive nature of spore products, we accept returns or issue refunds only when:
- The syringe arrives damaged, leaking, or visibly contaminated
- You received the wrong strain or product
- The product fails to show spores under microscopy (with documentation)
Unopened syringes in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if you contact us first for a return authorization.
Opened spore syringes cannot be returned for hygiene and contamination reasons, except in cases of verified defect as described above.
Grow kits & supplies: Unopened, unused grow kits and dry goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Opened or partially used kits are not eligible for return.
3. Non-returnable items
- Opened spore syringes (unless defective)
- Partially used or inoculated grow kits
- Items marked final sale or clearance
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
4. How to request a return or refund
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include clear photos if the product is damaged or appears contaminated.
- Wait for return authorization before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (or approve a refund without return for verified defects). Shipping costs are non-refundable except when the error was ours.
6. Exchanges
Need a different strain? Contact us — we'll do our best to arrange an exchange for unopened products, subject to availability. You may be responsible for return shipping on exchanges.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us promptly. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
