Returns Policy for Mushrooom

Thank you for choosing Mushrooom! We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please review our returns policy outlined below:

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with all original packaging intact. Additionally, you must provide a valid tracking number and receipt for the returned item to be eligible for a refund.

Exempt Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software, some health and personal care items, and customized products.

Receipt Requirement: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds: In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This applies to items with obvious signs of use, opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records, items not in their original condition, damaged items, or items missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as there may be processing delays. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@mushrooom.com.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: If you are interested in exchanging your item, please contact our customer service at sales@mushrooom.com to determine if you qualify.

Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping: To return your product, please email us to arrange.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
